  • How long does shipping take?
    Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. A notification will be delivered to your email upon shipment. Standard shipping is 3-5 business days.
  • Returns/Exchange
    All purchases are final sale unless determined by Jolie Label LLC. Exchanges on items 30 days or less. Must be in original condition. Jolie Label LLC reserves the right to deny exchange on damaged goods. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. *SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED*
  • Can I change or cancel my order ?
    Jolie Label is not able to change or cancel orders. In the event you may need to cancel or change an order we recommend exchanging your items in accordance with our return policy.
  • Lost or Stolen Package?
    Jolie Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your Shipping courier for further details.
  • I placed an order but I didn’t receive my confirmation?
    In the event you do not receive a confirmation please check your spam folder. Be sure your email matches the email used at checkout.
